IoCare+ is Coway’s IoT service, an upgraded version of the IoCare app. Starting with mattresses and air purifiers, IoCare+ will support more products in the future. For Coway products not included in the supported list below, please use the existing IoCare app.

The services provided by IoCare+ may vary depending on the product specifications.
Some products may only support the 2.4GHz wireless frequency for Wi-Fi (5GHz not supported). If your wireless router supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, please ensure that the 2.4GHz setting is enabled in the router’s configuration.
